  • We use Square as our third‑party payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Square to process your payment in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
  • You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, duties, or other governmental fees related to your purchase, as shown at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary based on USPS and other factors beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier (e.g., USPS).

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at sharktoothfinatic@gmail.com .

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All sales are final on custom orders, stickers, and keychains, and these items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

8. Product Descriptions and Availability

  • We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including colors, sizes, and materials. However, actual colors may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and other factors.
  • We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the Site are free from errors. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact us to discuss a return or exchange (subject to our return policy).
  • Product availability is subject to change, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
